We use USPS Priority shipping for all products at Crystal Diamond llc. The cost for all shipping is a flat rate of $11.99 and you can order alot of merchandise for that price. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) orders before 2pm will be shipped off if its after 2pm it will shipped the following day after order is received and it will take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Michigan residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created by Crystal Diamond LLC, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Crystal Diamond Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
